The counselors offer active listening and moral support, while providing technical assistance tailored to the needs of the clientele. 

Clients whose file is transferred to the complaints department may benefit from support and/or representation for procedures related to a workplace harassment situation falling within our area of expertise.

This department's mission is to prevent workplace violence by focusing on awareness, knowledge sharing, and the development of concrete skills.

These activities aim to break isolation, encourage the sharing of experiences, mutual aid and support, as well as provide relevant information, all in a climate of trust.
