Complaints Department

Clients whose cases are referred to the complaints department may receive support and/or representation in matters related to workplace harassment that fall within our area of expertise.

This Department can offer assistance during different steps, such as

  • A mediation or conciliation process
  • A process of revision or appeal
  • An investigation process
  • A hearing at an administrative court

The Complaints Department can also intervene with different institutions such as insurance companies and government departments. The counselors make sure the clientele is well informed of their rights as well as the several options that may result from their situation.

The services offered by the complaints department are reassessed at each stage of the file. The counselors accompany the clientele in assessing their needs and help them identify the best solution for them.
