Education Department
This is the reason why we put our expertise at the service of workplaces to prevent psychological, sexual and discriminatory harassment.
Our services are offered to any organization or company in the private, public or para-public sector as well as to educational institutions and non-profits organizations.

Training
Specialized training programs, on the other hand, are designed for individuals in positions of authority. They provide clear legal guidelines and practical tools, such as how to respond to a disclosure, intervene with tact and discretion, ensure a safe return to work, and implement reasonable accommodations, among other things.
Awareness session
Awareness sessions help work teams better understand what harassment (psychological, sexual, or discriminatory) is, how it manifests itself, and how to respond to it. These sessions often spark valuable group discussions.
Workshop
In addition to training programs, GAIHST also offers customized participatory workshops. These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss topics such as psychosocial risks, power dynamics, inclusion, and supporting victims of workplace harassment, for example.
Our trainer
Myriam Dupéré is a trainer at the Groupe d’aide et d’information sur le harcèlement sexuel au travail de la province de Québec inc. A graduate of the Université de Montréal with a degree in occupational health and safety, Myriam has always had a particular interest in issues related to workplace violence and harassment. At GAIHST, her responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and facilitating awareness sessions and training programs for employees, employers, and organizations in the public and private sectors seeking information and tools to address workplace harassment. She also contributes to the development of awareness-raising tools, in addition to developing and reviewing policies for the prevention and management of sexual and psychological harassment in the workplace. Passionate and committed, she believes that awareness and training are two key concepts in prevention.
